Step One: Create a U.S. Soccer Learning Center account

>Go to learning.ussoccer.com and click "Sign Up" at the top right and create a USA Insiders account

Step Two: Link your U.S. Insiders Account with TN OMS

>Go to tn.omgtsys.com and click "Create an Account" and then "Sign up"

>Create your TN OMS by using your USA Insider login information (must be the same email)

>Once you are in your TN OMS account, click "Registration" at the top of the page and then "Register for Clinic / Fitness Test"

>Complete Step One and hit "Submit Request"

>Complete Step Two by selecting which clinic you would like to attend and click "Select Clinic" and then on the next page select clinic location and click "Continue to Next Step"

> Complete Step Three by paying the associated fees

>Attend your selected clinic and complete any follow-up steps provided by the clinic, including but not limited to learning modules, field sessions, etc.

Step Three: Complete your SafeSport requirement

>Go to learning.ussoccer.com, and once logged in, hover over your  profile icon at the top right and click "Dashboard"

>Next to "Safe Soccer" click "Details"

>Complete Phase 1-3 of SafeSport

Step Four: Contact your Assignor and Log in to Arbiter Sports

>If you do not receive an Arbiter welcome email from your assignor, reach out to them via email (Make sure to use the same email linked to your TN OMS account)

>Once you receive your Arbiter welcome email from your assignor, on the email click "Sign In," complete verification code through your email, create a password, and input your First and Last Name

>Update your profile information by clicking the empty image at the top right of the page and then click "Profile" (Make sure to upload a picture of yourself to your profile)
