Purpose of TCSRA

1. Enable sufficient referees who consistently enable safe, fair and enjoyable games for all stakeholders (players, coaches, spectators and officials).

2. Attract, retain, coach, develop and motivate a sufficient referee population that can successfully grow with the game in NE TN.
