USSF Officials- Welcome to Fall 2026 - A Message from Assignor Jesse Brown
As referees, we have an extraordinary role in the beautiful game. Organized soccer simply does not get played without referees. An important aspect of becoming the best you can be is a willingness to learn and grow. And TCSRA is here to help!
We aim to encourage community and connection. We want you to be involved and to understand your importance in the greater Tri-Cities area soccer community. As the game grows, so must we. Every game is an opportunity to improve. Every game is a chance to get better at cultivating an environment of safety, respect and fairness. The game needs integrity as much as it needs competitors.
The Tri-Cities Soccer Referee Association is your local support system, your first step in the direction of furthering your understanding of soccer, your avenue to learn how you can evolve your lifelong relationship with the greatest game on the planet. We can't begin to learn what we think we already know, and we're in this together!
We host meetings (both online and in-person) throughout the year to build that community. We've established Continued Referee Education and Development (CRED) to help our referees shine. TCSRA members have been on assignment for several high school State Championship games, multiple club State Cup Finals, Pro-Amateur National Playoff Matches and every level of NCAA collegiate play. And it doesn't stop there. We want to get anyone that cares enough to get where they want to go.. to get to the level they need to be to get there!
TCSRA will continue with initiatives and ideas that will grow the credibility and connectivity that all referees in the Tri-Cities area have within the incredible soccer community in this part of these beautiful United States. And we want you to be involved.
So please, become a member today!
No matter your approach and whatever your goals - we want to help.
Any questions, any time
-TCSRA President, Jesse Brown
